You are a bright light in the shade

In our album we selected from the photos of the Radnóti couple, Miklós Radnóti and Fanni Gyarmati. We present the antecedents of their common life, as well as the recordings that were made during their childhood and student years, their acquaintance, and then their marriage. The chapters are built around important stages in the common destiny of the poet, later the married and then the married couple, in which we present the paintings of Miklós Radnóti and then Fanni Gyarmati. With the intertwining of their lives, there are more and more photos in common. In a separate chapter, we present the damaged images found during the exhumation of the Abda mass grave, which Miklós Radnóti took with him to his last labor service, as well as some of the official photographs taken at the end of their life together in August 1946. At the end of our album, we also dedicated a chapter to the family of Miklós Radnóti and Fanni Gyarmati. On the one hand, these pictures are interesting in themselves, and on the other hand, we can often read about their characters, especially the family members of Fanni Gyarmati, in their Diary and in their letters exchanged with Miklós Radnóti.
