Academy of Nutrition II.

The National Association of Hungarian Dietitians (MDOSZ) launched its monthly electronic newsletter entitled "Nutrition and Science" in 2004, then "Nutrition and Science" from 2008 onwards, with the aim of provide health journalists and, through them, the Hungarian population, and inform those interested in nutrition science. In the first volume of the publication, we compiled a thematic selection from the newsletters of the last five years, which we continue with the second volume.
